Other MAC Blogs
While searching several blog posts concerning MAC Cosmetics, it was imminent that the cosmetic brand has made an impact on consumers interested in cosmetics. Several blogs displayed photographs of models wearing MAC Cosmetics. Others, listed MAC Cosmetics as one of their "favorite things." Several blogs also focused on a "beauty blog" type format. The authors critiqued several brands, providing personal opinions and accounts of the products offered by various cosmetic companies. Among the cosmetics listed, were MAC and the Barbie Loves MAC Campaign. Lots of people had many positive things to say about MAC and its Barbie Campaign. The bloggers listed their favorite MAC products and colors and suggested what products would work for special occasions such as Easter. It's amazing everything you can find out through blogs...no topic is left untouched!

MAC gives Donation to UNICEF
On March 29, UNICEF reported that MAC Cosmetics donated $129,000 to UNICEF-China to help fund "Unite for Children, Unite Against AIDS." This not only continues MAC's social initiatives in partnership with the MAC AIDS Fund, but it also shows MAC's desire and determination to serve the world-wide community.
According to the press center, MAC will join forces with UNICEF to launch a "The Ten Facts On AIDS" Campaign. The campaign will serve as an education tool enabling UNICEF to reach out to the young people of China. The campaign will feature topics such as, how to protect yourself, raising youth awareness and the importance of respecting those already infected with the disease.
THIS IS WONDERFUL!! Not only for MAC, but for the children benefiting from the campaign and the donation. This continues to prove MAC Cosmetics is not only committed to its brand, consumers and employees, but also to the community-at-large.
